Responsibilities/Duties:
· Provide direct clinical care to patients and consult and refer to other health care professionals as indicated.
· Recommend and explain appropriate diagnostic test and treatment.
· Instruct and educate patients and family members as needed.
· Fully document all aspects of patient care and assist with the completion of all required documentation.
· Assist in clinical instruction and supervision of medical and allied health students.
· Encourage and ensure good working relationships with all members of team.
