Requirements

  • Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience seeing patients in a primary care setting
  • Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License
  • Board Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through ANCC or AANP
  • California Nurse Practitioner Furnishing number
  • DEA provider number schedule II -V
  • CURES registration
  • NPI Number
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Experience in outpatient medicine
