Cardiology medical office manager

Primary Responsibilities of the Office Manager will be:
 Managing all aspects of a medical practice including patient care, scheduling, billing, vendor review, staff hiring,
training and development, payroll and community outreach etc.
 Ensure all patients are receiving excellent levels of customer service, and care.
 Oversee billing, coding, and collections.
 Review and ensure all vendors are best suited for practice.
 Ensure current and future staff is properly trained, and create and maintain a cross training and development program.
 Responsible for ordering and management of medical and office supplies.
 Responsible for delegating all duties to ensure smooth process flow.

Must Possess The Ability To:
 Be self-motivated, and have the ability to motivate and lead a team.
 Work effectively and efficiently with all team members while implementing best practices.
 Maintain strong customer service and professionalism.
 Maintain excellent effective verbal and written communication skills.
 Utilize personal computer and various software packages.
 Multi-task and work in a fast paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail.

Requirements:
 Minimum of a BA Degree.
 3-5 years’ experience as an Office Manager.
 Understanding and compliance of HIPPA privacy practices.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Organized and detail-oriented
