Dr. Reza Ahmadinia M.D. is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our women’s health practice serving Rancho Cucamonga and Apple Valley. Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and efficient experience in a busy OBGYN office.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR
• Support clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Medical front desk experience preferred
• Knowledge of EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
