Kids 1st Primary Care is hiring a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant (M.A.) to join our pediatric primary care team. This role supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to children of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pediatric patients for exams and assist providers during visits
• Take and document vital signs and medical histories
• Administer vaccines, injections, and medications as directed
• Perform basic laboratory procedures and specimen collection
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared
• Support front office staff to maintain smooth patient flow
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Pediatric or primary care experience preferred
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or other EMR systems is a plus
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
• Eager to learn and grow within the practice
