Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Kids 1st Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric PA or NP to join our well-established clinics in Apple Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, and Moreno Valley. This position offers a flexible full-time or part-time schedule. Providers will work alongside a supportive team of pediatricians and fellow mid-levels to deliver quality care to children and families across multiple communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about pediatrics, enjoy continuity of care, and are looking for a friendly and collaborative work environment.

Position Details

• Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Setting: Outpatient pediatric clinic
• Work Type: Full-time or part-time
• Compensation: Competitive salary or contractor model (DOE)
• Team: Collaborative and experienced pediatric staff, including physicians and mid-levels
• Facility: Family-friendly, fully equipped outpatient clinics

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed PA-C or FNP-C
• Active California license and DEA (or in process)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
